OVERVIEW:

Agave potatorum 'Kichiokan Marginata' is a small growing agave to 12 inches tall by 12 inches wide with short blue/gray leaves with beautiful imprints on the backside of the leaves and red spines. This selection is thought to be a Japanese cultivar of Agave potatorum and is highly sought after.

CHARACTERISTICS:

Flower: on a 12-15’ stalk, flowers begin to bloom from the bottom up, displaying a variety of deep red, purple & red-ish yellow flowers

Bloom Period: After 10-25 years it will reach maturity and bloom once in the summer months
